Vitamin A (as palmitate) 1000 IU
Vitamin A (as beta carotene) 5000 IU
Vitamin A is required for night vision, healthy skin and hair, bone
and tooth development, growth and repair of body tissues, as well
as reproduction.
Vitamin C (esterified and buffered) 250 mg
Antioxidant vitamin, essential for a healthy immune system, and the
production of collagen, which is necessary for the formation of skin,
cartilage, tendons, ligaments, bones, teeth, and for the strength
of blood vessel walls. Vital for wound repair, healthy gums, and
the prevention of easy bruising. May help protect against cataracts.
Vitamin D ( as cholecalciferol) 400 IU

Vitamin K-1 (alfalfa juice) 50 mcg
Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin, which acts as a coenzyme in the
synthesis of proteins involved with bone metabolism and plays a role
in maintaining healthy bone structure. Vitamin K is used for preventing
vitamin K deficiency and to prevent and treat osteoporosis. A deficiency
of this vitamin leads to impaired mineralization of the bone because
of inadequate levels of osteocalcin, the major noncollagen protein
found in bones. Vitamin K is required for the binding of the osteocalcin

cofactor in numerous metabolic pathways, most importantly in the

L-Glutathione (reduced) 10 mg
Glutathione is produced in the liver, has strong antioxidant properties
and is important for the liver’s ability to detoxify harmful
toxins and environmental poisons. It is involved in amino acid transport,
DNA formation and repair, enzyme activation, immune system function,
metabolism of carcinogens and toxins, protein and prostaglandin synthesis,
prevention of cell damage by oxidative free radicals.
Lipoic Acid 1 mg
Lipoic acid (ALA) is a vitamin-like substance that contains sulphur.
ALA has numerous remarkable qualities: It is a powerful antioxidant,
having the unique ability to protect the body from oxidative free
radicals that are either fat or water-soluble. Alpha-lipoic acid
reacts with and quenches numerous forms of oxidative free radical
species, incluing hydroxyl radicals, hypochlorous acid, peroxyl radicals,
singlet oxygen, and superoxide radicals. Alpha-lipoic acid has used
successfully in the treatment in a number of different liver-related
conditions, including alcohol-caused liver damage, diabetic polyneuropathy,
insulin resistance, metal poisoning, and mushroom poisoning.
Lutein 0.5 mg
Antioxidant carotenoid found as a pigment in the human macula and
retina. Functions as a blue light filter protecting underlying ocular
tissues from photo damage. High intake of dietary lutein is associated
with reduced risk of developing age-related macular degeneration
and cataracts.
Lycopene (tomato extract) 0.5 mg
Antioxidant carotenoid which gives tomatoes their red color. Provides
protection against free-radical tissue damage. Decreased blood or
tissue lycopene concentrations are associated with an increased risk
of prostate cancer.
Curcumin Extract (turmeric powder) 10 mg
Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory herbal extreact derived from a
bright yellow spice called Turmeric, used in the Indian Ayurvedic
system of medicine. Tumeric has been shown in research and clinical
studies to possess anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and immune system
stimulating properties.
Bilberry Extract 10 mg
Bilberry is used primarily to improve visual acuity including night
vision, and to treat degenerative conditions of the eyes. Bilberry
has also been shown to be beneficial for angina, arthritis, atherosclerosis,
diabetes, gout, hemorrhoids, and reduction of gastrointestinal, kidney,
and urinary tract symptoms and health conditions.
Milk Thistle Extract 10 mg
Milk thistle is used to protect the liver, and to lessen damage from
potentially hepatotoxic (chemical-based OTC and prescription) drugs,
and for treating liver and gall bladder disorders, including liver
damage caused by human-made chemicals or poisonous mushrooms. Milk
thistle has also been shown to be beneficial for inflammatory cirrhosis
of the liver, hepatitis, jaundice, and liver disease.
Ginkgo Biloba Extract 10 mg
This powerful herbal antioxidant is particularly helpful for the
brain. It has been shown to help improve the blood flow to the

L-Cysteine (HCL) 10 mg
L-Cysteine is created primarily in the liver from the amino acids
methionine and serine. Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant that
is synthesized in the liver from cysteine, glutamic acid and glycine.
Cysteine is the key ‘rate-limiting’ amino acid for glutathione
activity as an antioxidant. Cysteine is an antioxidant that protects

Pycnogenol is an extract from French maritime pine tree bark. Pycnogenol
contains several active constituents, including flavonoids, phenolic
acids, and proanthocyanidins. Studies have shown Pycnogenol to be
beneficial for arthritis, heart disease, venous and vascular conditions,
diabetes, hyperactivity disorders, maintaining healthy skin, maintaining

OPC Proanthocyanidins (grape seed extract) 10 mg

Zeaxanthin is a macular pigment within the retina of the human eye.
Studies show that the retina contains two carotenoids, lutein (67%
or greater in the peripheral retina), and Zeaxanthin (up to 75% of
the total within the central macula). Carotenoid concentrations within
other tissues of the body are much lower. Studies indicate that the
macular pigments increase by consuming dietary supplements. There
is a direct correlation between macular pigment density and a reduction
in the risk for age-related macular degeneration (AMD).

Methionine is an essential amino acid which supplies sulfur and methyl

lipid metabolism, the synthesis of body tissues, and the creation
of insulin, choline and acetylcholine, and coenzyme A. Methionine
is a building-block for the amino acids cysteine, glutathione, and
taurine. Methionine is protective of the kidneys and liver, and reduces
ammonia formation in the urine. A deficiency in methionine can cause
numerous metabolic imbalances that can result in greater risk factors
for heart disease, osteoporosis, and neurological conditions.

L-Carnitine is a vitamin-like compound which has the unique ability
to transport long-chain fatty acids into energy producing units within
cells called mitochondria so that fat can be “burned” and
used to produce energy. The energy which L-Carnitine unleashes through
its action at the cellular level in our body, allows us to maximize
our ability to achieve optimal health, and experience an overall

Bromelain (pineapple, 600 GDU) 25 mg
Sulfhydryl-containing proteolytic enzymes derived from pineapple
and used for optimal protein digestion and the prevention of bloating
and cramps, sometimes experienced after eating high-protein foods.
Papain (standardized, papaya) 25 mg
Proteolytic enzyme derived from papaya and used for optimal protein
digestion and the prevention of bloating and cramps, sometimes experienced
after eating high-protein foods. Reported to have a mild, soothing
effect on the stomach and is widely used to relieve indigestion.
L Sporogenes (B. coagulans) 100 million CFU
Spore-forming, lactic acid-producing bacteria (friendly flora) that
play an important role in promoting intestinal health and preventing
intestinal infections, which can cause gastrointestinal discomfort.

FOS (fructooligosaccharides) 25 mg
Short-chain carbohydrate compounds that naturally occur in foods
(e.g. bananas, tomatoes, onions and artichokes) but are indigestible

Boron is necessary for the action of Vitamin D, which stimulates
the absorption and utilization of Calcium, and is therefore important
for bone health. Research studies suggest that Boron may be essential
in the conversion of Vitamin D to its active form and may reduce
body Calcium loss by increasing the beneficial effects of estrogen
on bone health. Boron is used for: Promoting bone health, building
muscle mass and decreasing body fat. It is used for improving: calcium
absorption, muscle strength, cognitive function, and fine motor skills.
Boron is used to treat osteoarthritis.
Vanadyl Sulfate 250 mcg
Vanadium is a trace mineral found mainly in the bones, kidneys and
liver. It is important for normal bone growth and as a cofactor for
various enzyme reactions. Studies have shown Vanadium is beneficial
for: diabetes, edema, heart disease, hypoglycemia, hyperlipidemia,
and improving athletic performance.
L-Lysine (HCL) 10 mg
Lysine is an essential amino acid that is used as a building block
for all proteins, and is important for building muscle proteins and
proper bone development. Orally, lysine is used for symptoms of shingles
lesions (varicella-zoster virus), symptoms of recurrent herpes simplex
labialis, improving calcium absorption, improved collagen formation,

Horse Tail is among the richest plant sources of the mineral silicon,

Tail contains silicon in the form of the compound monosilicic acid,

Gotu Kola (powder) 10 mg
Studies have shown Gotu Kola is beneficial for: improving energy,
memory and intelligence, and increasing lifespan. It is used for
numerous conditions including; common colds and flu, diabetes, diarrhea,

Panax ginseng is used as an "adaptogen". "Adaptogen" implies

to breakdown mucus. As a precursor of glutathione, N-Acetyl Cysteine
